Our speculoos has a sublime taste, a delicious smell and an extremely crunchy texture, which was awarded the maximum score by an international jury of more than 200 international chefs at the Super Taste Award: 3 gold stars. Take a bite of our speculoos and you will taste the real butter and different spices immediately!

Trust

Baker Jozef Borms, the great-grandfather of our founder Leo, established La Confiance in 1924. A few years ago, we rediscovered his recipe. Today we revive this authentic family recipe using  the finest organic ingredients from modern farming practices.

Transparency

We buy our main ingredients from the organic farmers we work with:
 Belgian wheat from farmer Thibault in Beaumont, hazelnuts from farmer Federico in Piemonte (Italy) and cacao from farmer José in Peru. We make every effort to source our ingredients locally whenever possible.
