Baker Jozef Borms, the great-grandfather of our founder Leo, established La Confiance in 1924. A few years ago, we rediscovered his recipe. Today we revive this authentic family recipe using the finest ingredients from local suppliers.

We purchase our main ingredients from local suppliers. In this way, we also try to contribute to a shorter supply chain. In addition, we do not use any preservatives, only the best pure ingredients.
